Runners can run alone or together with friends in team or as an relay the 42 rounds. We have the following starts:
Full 42 Rounds
– Solo 1 x 42 rounds
– Relay 2 x 21, 3 x 14, 6 x 7, 7 x 6, 14 x 3, 21 x 2 and 42 x 1 rounds
– Team all above max 4 runners per team
Half 21 Rounds
– Solo 1 x 21 rounds
– Relay 3 x 7, 7 x 3 and 21 x 1 rounds
– Team all above max 4 runners per team
